At Animal Assisted Counseling Of Indiana, we accept a wide range of insurance, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Health Link IL, Health Smart Networks, Humana, Multiplan PHCS IN, Tricare East – Prime / Standard-Select, and United Healthcare. We also accept and process out-of-network insurance plans. Our billing department will verify your insurance benefits and facilitate authorization on your behalf.

At Animal Assisted Counseling of Indiana, our billing department will verify your insurance benefits and facilitate authorization on your behalf. We will provide information regarding your coverage once the insurance company responds with an explanation of benefits, typically within the second session. Please note that this does not guarantee coverage. Co-payments are due at the time of the session.

For clients without insurance, we offer a cash payment option. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Health Savings Account, and all major credit cards.
If you are unable to attend a session and need to cancel, a 24-hour notice is required. Failure to provide 24-hour cancellation notice will result in your account being charged for the full rate of the session. Thank you for your cooperation.
